Prime Loft is a real estate agency in Pattaya. Our office is at 445/546, Shop 6, Kasetsin 2 Alley, Pattaya City: the white building with the gold sign in the photo above. It is open Monday to Saturday, 9:00 to 18:00.
What we do
- New projects. We work with developers in Jomtien, Wongamat, Pratamnak and Na Jomtien and keep about 40 projects in our catalogue, with current prices, payment plans and floor plans.
- Resale and rentals. Condos and villas from owners, for sale and for long-term rent: current listings.
- Remote purchases. Video viewings, contracts, payments from abroad and registration by power of attorney: how it works.
- After the purchase. Handover, utilities and finding tenants.
How we work
- Buyers do not pay us a commission. We are paid by the developer or the seller.
- Before you pay a deposit we check the title deed at the Land Office and confirm the foreign quota in writing.
- We speak English, Russian and Thai.
