Skypark Lucean Jomtien Pattaya is a luxury high-rise branded residence developed by Lunique Real Estate Co., Ltd. in collaboration with Banyan Tree Group, located on Jomtien Second Road, approximately 200 meters from Jomtien Beach. The project is expected to be completed by 2029.
